Green fluorescent protein (GFP) is widely used for protein localization and protein dynamics analysis. Compared with conventional GFP, Staygold exhibits higher brightness and exceptional photostability, making it particularly suitable for long-term, high-intensity imaging. mBaoJin was engineered to be monomeric on the basis of Staygold, without interfering with protein localization. It is also more acid-tolerant, and thus has a broader range of applications.
Anti-Staygold-mBaojin VHH Magarose beads are Magarose beads covalently coupled with VHH antibodies, which have high specificity and affinity for Staygold and mBaojin protein. These beads can efficiently capture and separate Staygold and mBaojin-tagged proteins, along with associated proteins, from cell extracts of mammals, plants, bacteria, yeast, insects, and other organisms.
